Let’s Roll was a late night dining concept catered to students during finals. Offering 6 unique cinnamon rolls and open until 2am, the goal of this dining concept was to treat students to late night sweets to fuel their studying and offer an extra place to study as many on campus locations were at capacity.

Problem Scope and Outcome:
Challenge:
This project initially had a very fast turnaround meaning that the word needed to get out on social media and print very fast. Because of this, little to no photography was able to be professionally shot.Solution:
With little to no photography, this project need to heavily rely on bright colors and bold graphics as to not only make the rolls stand out but to appeal to a younger demoggraphics.Outcome
This concept was successfully advertised! It sold 800 cinnamon rolls over 4 days and increased sales of the previous concept by $8,000.Due to this, the concept became a permanet location.
